GETTING STARTED

  • Using your phone, click on your App Store (iOS) app and then search “Sana” to locate the Sana Relief app. Download the app and you are only a few minutes away from starting your relief.

  • To create an account, use the “Sign Up” page on the first screen of the Sana Relief app. Follow the prompts to set up your account and then you can start your relief with the Sana device.

  • You can create multiple user accounts with a single Sana device. Each user can only be logged into one account at a time, but multiple individuals can download the Sana Relief app and create accounts. If a guest is using your Sana device, you can discard their Sana Relief session, so you track only your inputs on sleep quality, pain, and mood.

  • Yes, you can download the Sana Relief app on multiple phones/tablets, however, you will need to log into the phone/tablet you are using each time if you decide to switch phones/tablets for use of the Sana device.

  • The Sana Relief app is currently only available in English.

  • Once you have connected the Sana device to your Sana Relief app via Bluetooth, there will be a battery icon in the top left corner that will display battery level.

  • To log out of the Sana Relief app, select 'More' on your main app screen. Press Logout, confirm that you want to log out and you will be able to complete your logout from the app.

  • If you need to recover your password, on the Log In page you can select, “Forgot Password?” and follow the prompts to reset your password.

DATA COLLECTION

  • Sana Health is continuing to evaluate how to improve your relief with our audiovisual sessions. The data you provide and the heart rate data that is collected will help improve the offerings of our audiovisual technology.

  • The Sana device is collecting your self-report measures of sleep, pain, and mood. Additionally, your heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV) data is being captured during your Sana Relief session and will be used for future development of the Sana device.

PHONE & SOFTWARE CONNECTION

  • No, your phone does not necessarily need to be in the same room. As long as you can maintain a Bluetooth connection with your phone and then move to a comfortable location as the session starts you don't need your phone in the room.

  • No. Currently, the Sana Relief app does not work with Apple Health.
