CHARGING
-
Switch the power button to the “off” position after a session is complete and when not in use. If you fall asleep with the Sana device on, remember to switch it off when you wake up. Keep the Sana device at room temperature in a dry location. Overheating can damage the battery. Don’t allow your battery to run out fully—charge it after every 6-8 sessions. Use the charger that came with your Sana device—this will provide optimal charging.

If your Sana device requires the app to start a session, once you have connected the Sana device to your Sana Relief app via Bluetooth, there will be a battery icon in the top left corner that will display the battery level.
If your Sana device does not require the app, there is currently not a battery level indication. The battery will store enough charge for 2 to 3 days of normal use, but we recommend you keep it charged up.

For a full charge of your Sana device, it may take up to 4 hours. Typically, if you need to use your Sana device immediately, we recommend charging for 10 minutes before using it. The Sana device should be kept dry. The Sana device has been tested to confirm it is safe if it gets wet, but this will almost certainly harm the Sana device and it is not damage that is covered under our warranty.
