What is included in my Sana device order?

All subscriptions include Sana device, travel case, charger, and earbud headphones. Additionally, you will have use of the Sana device for the duration of your subscription.

What do I do if an item is missing from my order?

If you have an item missing from your order, please give our Customer Support Team a call or text at 720-310-3370 so we can get your missing items to you as quickly as possible so you can start your relief.

How can I cancel my Sana device order?

Before your order ships and you receive a tracking number, you can cancel your order on sana.io. Please then send us an email at support@sana.io to let us know you canceled your order. After your order has shipped, if you want to return your Sana device within 30 days of receipt, please contact our Customer Support Team at 720-310-3370 or support@sana.io to request an RMA number to return your Sana device.

Can I make changes to my Sana device order?

Before your order ships and you receive a tracking number, you can make changes to your order on sana.io. Simply log into your account and update and complete your revised order. If you have any questions or need help, please contact our Customer Support Team via text or phone call at 720-310-3370 or email us at support@sana.io.

My order arrived damaged or is wrong, what should I do?

If your order arrived damaged or is incorrect, please give our Customer Support Team a call or text at 720-310-3370 so we can correct things as quickly as possible so you can start your relief.

Billing

How are Sana device subscriptions billed?

You will be billed your first monthly subscription payment when you order your Sana device. Subsequent monthly subscriptions will be billed on the same date each month.

How do I change my Account, Billing, or Plan information in the Customer Portal?

To change your account information and review your billing or subscription plan information, log into your account at www.sana.io and click on the profile button and you can view and edit your account information.

Am I going to be charged again?

You will be charged each month on the day your subscription started for the duration of your subscription.
