How do subscriptions work?

Sana Health offers 3, 6, and 18-month subscriptions. With each, there are monthly and upfront payment options. The subscription fee includes access to the Sana device and the Sana Relief app. If opting for the 3 or 6-month subscription, at the end of your term period, you will have the option to renew with the same subscription, convert to one of our other options, or return the Sana device. Once 18 months have been completed, you will own the Sana device outright and retain access to the Sana Relief app; including your Trending Insights, Sana Score, and journal entries. Where can I check my subscription status?

To view your subscription status, log into your account using our Customer Portal and click on the Subscriptions tab. Here you will be able to view your subscription status to include the next billing date and the remaining duration of your subscription.

Can I buy the device outright?

Sana Health currently does not offer the ability to purchase the Sana device outright.  If you want to own the Sana device, we recommend the 18-month subscription so that at the conclusion of the subscription, the Sana device is yours to keep.
