Where does Sana Health ship?
Sana Health ships to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available currently.
Where is my Sana device shipped from?
Your Sana device will be shipped from Dawsonville, Georgia.
Does Sana Health charge for shipping?
Yes, Sana Health charges a flat rate of $15.99 shipping for all Sana devices. If only accessories are ordered, the shipping rate is $6.99 and if a Sana device and accessories are ordered, shipping will be $17.99. Shipping will be charged when your order is placed.
What is the overall shipping timing?
Order processing takes 2-3 business days, shipping is currently only available via ground by our logistics partner and takes 4-7 business days from order shipment.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Typically, it will take between 3-7 business days for your order to arrive after it is placed on our website, www.sana.io.
My tracking number says my package was delivered but I have not received it?
If you believe your package should have been delivered and you haven’t received it, please contact our Customer Support Team via text or phone call at 720-310-3370 and we will work with you to locate your Sana device.

How long does it take to get my refund?
Refunds will be processed after Sana Health receives the product and performs an inspection. Funds will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-15 business days after receipt of the product.
